Another excellent one Nazeem Bhai and lived the three part series.

I have to confess my ignorance about history of Thailand in general, but this one gave a different context. Very difficult to imagine Pattaya as a sleepy fishing village, having seen it as a Flesh Pot LOL

Thank you, Srinivas ji, it means a great deal that you stayed for all three.

The flesh pot made me smile, because that's exactly the sleight of hand the essay is chasing. A man can stand on Walking Street and never guess that the same concrete once waited for B-52s, or that the woman beside him came down the very road the Americans built. The present lies over the past so neatly you'd never know they shared an address.

More coming. The next ground is closer to home.
